Lovely, evergreen Tongue Fern, with 6-8” long leaves on slowly expanding, furry rhizomes creating a clump eventually 12-18” wide. As plants mature, random, deep serrations occur along edges of some of the leaves and irregular streaking of yellow and apple green decorate the plant. Being epiphytic, these plants need excellent drainage in humus rich soil - containers, tree trunks, rotting logs, slopes… also a great houseplant. Light to full shade, no direct sun, let dry between waterings.
