Long blooming perennial, mid-spring right through mid-summer…lilac-blue starry bells just keep on comin! A nice ground cover at 4-6” tall spreading to about 2’, superb at spilling and cascading, in the border, over walls or pot rims. Rabbit and deer ignore it; foliage is evergreen in most zones.
