A super floriferous, compact Manzanita, slow growing to 3-4’ high and wide; late winter bloom of pale pink buds opening to white dangling bells almost hides the foliage… fabulous winter nectar source for hungry hummers! Lovely as a specimen, wonderful massed as a tall ground cover on a dry slope. This is one of the few Manzanitas that will tolerate an annual shearing to reduce size. Cooper red berries provide bird fodder. Sun, dry, well-drained soil.
