This fantastic Alstro resonates in tones of gilded saffron, sunflower yellow, peach and dusky orange while darker tones of plum peek from the unders of each petal - The hues change as the flowers age providing layers of complexity. Blooms July September. Sun to light shade, well drained soil, summer water for longest bloom. Superlative cut flowers last for weeks in a vase. Pull (donít cut) spent stems to encourage new flowering stalks. Winter mulch recommended.
