Shrubby perennial 3’h x 4’w with bright chartreuse, fragrant foliage – late summer flowers are bright blue and shout against their burnished backdrop! Flowers attract butterflies at the end of the season. Easy to grow in a sunny to lightly shaded position on moderately fertile, draining soils with some summer moisture.
